All designs, artwork, code, and deliverables created by FULUO remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and rights are explicitly transferred as defined in the project agreement. Client-provided assets remain the property of the client. Upon project completion and full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to the client as specified in the agreed scope.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to create content that infringes on third-party rights, is misleading, harmful, or violates any applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide to us do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee outcomes beyond what is explicitly defined in the project agreement. Any timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and feedback cycles.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FULUO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

We may update or modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
